Property Development

We find the key to the most successful investments is always the careful maintenance and development of the building.  Working with a network of trusted local contractors for speed, ease and quality of service, we can offer the delivery of works ranging from fixing a doorbell to coversion of attic space or other unrenovated parts of your property.  These could be part of a routine maintenance programme, preventative maintenance or larger-scale development projects. We will provide 3 quotations for all such works, and seek to get you the best possible price and works completed on time.  Routine maintenance of your property is included in your management fee.  We will work with you on larger-scale development works on the basis of 10% of the project cost, and always seek to save you this fee by achieving the most cost-effective solution.
